The following table lists properties of the currently edited BizForm which can be configured on this page:

Form display name

Name of the BizForm used in Kentico CMS user interface.

Form code name

BizForm name used in website code.

Table name

Name of the database table where this BizForm's records are stored.

After the form is submitted

Action which will be taken when a new record is submitted by a user:

•	Display text - given message text will appear

•	Redirect to URL - client browser will be redirected to a given URL

•	Clear form - new clear form will be displayed

•	Continue editing - BizForm is sent but still will be displayed for editing

Submit button text

Label of the button used to submit the form.

Submit button image

URL of an image that can be used instead of the submit button. If blank, a button with the text defined in the property above is displayed.

Please note that macro expressions in the {%FieldName%} format can be used in the Display text and Redirect to URL text boxes. For more information about macro expressions, please refer to Developer's Guide -> Modules -> BizForms -> Using macros with BizForms or Developer's Guide -> Appendix A - Macro expressions.
